By placing an order on this website you agree to these terms.

Products

We sell digital music downloads and physical CDs. Descriptions and pictures are a guide and may differ slightly from the product.

Payment

Payment is taken in full when you order, through Stripe or PayPal. Prices are shown in the currency on the product page and at checkout.

Downloads

After payment we email you a private download link. The link expires after a time, so please download your files soon. Downloads are for your own personal listening. Please do not share or resell them.

Shipping CDs

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Orders usually go out within 1 to 3 business days. Delivery times depend on where you live and the post, and we are not responsible for delays by postal services or customs. Please check your address carefully, because it cannot be changed once the order has been packed.

Our Refunds and Returns page explains what happens if something is broken, damaged or lost.

Copyright

All music, artwork, text and pictures on this website are protected by copyright and belong to Jim Fidler, Roots Cellar Productions and the other rights holders. The website was designed and is hosted by Lillian Fidler Design. Copying, sharing or performing them in public without permission is not allowed.

Cancelled orders

We may cancel an order if there is a pricing mistake, the item is unavailable, or we suspect fraud. If we do, you get a full refund.

Limits

We do our best to describe and deliver every product correctly, but we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Changes and law

We may change these terms, and the date at the top will change with them. These terms follow the laws of Newfoundland and Labrador, Canada.
